We are currently hiring for the following key positions:
Procurement Manager
Location: Imus City, Cavite (Hybrid/On-site)
Lead the sourcing and purchasing of products from domestic and international suppliers. Ensure optimal pricing, supplier performance, and product quality while managing supplier relationships and identifying new sourcing opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers
Analyze market trends to ensure competitive procurement strategies
Oversee procurement schedules and inventory levels
Coordinate closely with the logistics and QC teams
Logistics and Distribution Specialist
Location: Imus City, Cavite
Manage the end-to-end logistics process, including shipment coordination, warehousing, and distribution. Ensure that goods are transported safely, cost-effectively, and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
Organize inbound and outbound logistics operations
Monitor inventory and manage warehouse processes
Liaise with customs brokers and freight forwarders
Optimize delivery routes and logistics costs
International Market Analyst
Location: Remote/On-site (Flexible)
Conduct research and analysis to identify emerging market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics. Provide actionable insights to support the firm’s international expansion strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Research global trade trends and market entry barriers
Provide competitor and customer analysis
Prepare reports and presentations for internal use
Support strategy formulation for new markets
Export-Import Administrative Staff
Location: Imus City, Cavite
Provide administrative support for import and export operations, including document preparation, compliance management, and shipment tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare shipping and customs documentation
Maintain accurate trade records and databases
Coordinate with third-party service providers
Ensure compliance with import/export regulations
Quality Control Officer
Location: Field-based (with travel to supplier/manufacturer sites)
Oversee the inspection of products before shipment to ensure they meet quality standards and client specifications. Maintain detailed reports and communicate findings to the operations team.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform product inspections at various stages of production
Identify and document defects or discrepancies
